Mark Midland no longer writes the Hollywood Park Stable Notes. Instead, Chris Esslinger will make the rounds at Hollywood Park. Chris is a regular visitor to the backside at Hollywood Park. He walks around the stable area and visits with trainers and riders in the morning to gather the stories that you find here. You'll often find him hanging out at the racing office or in the kitchen on the backside or stopping by the barns to chat or sitting at his computer surfing the Internet. We hope you enjoy reading these notes as much as we enjoy producing them.
